The AS-4000 contains all accessories to equip the transcription professional or personal assistant in the workplace. This includes the DSS Player Pro Software (Transcription module), the Stereo Headset E61 to listen to the voice files in a quiet atmosphere, the PC footswitch RS-26 with optional USB or serial connection cable for hands free control of the DSS Player software. This guarantees easy transcription of any DSS recordings. Compatible with all Olympus Pro Digital voice recorders.

AUTOMATIC UPLOAD
The Transcription Module scans incoming emails and automatically loads them in the appropriate folder.

The interface is user-friendly, with similar icons displaying all the main functions, e.g. playback, stop, pause or fast forward.

TYPE UP DICTATIONS EASILY
Included in the Transcription Kit are the headset and footswitch for transcription ease and the playback of files.

AUTOMATIC RE-SEND OF COMPLETED DOCUMENT
Upon completion of transcribing a document, using the ‘send back to editor’ function, you can automatically return the document to the sender.
