For any technical support queries you may have, please review your company's support contract.
In normal circumstances, following a training session, you will be entitled to 12 months telephone/fax/e-mail support through Freedom of Speech (contact details are found on this page).
This support is to resolve technical support issues relating to your hardware/software (rather than your PC or network).
Hardware warranties/support (for example headset microphones) are directly with Freedom of Speech & are for 12 months unless otherwise specified.
